Offered by the Lowe Art Museum and Human Resource's Workplace Equity and Inclusion team, the Connect and Create program uses art as a medium for communication and to encourage diversity of thought and perspective. During the one-hour interactive session, participants are guided through a series of curated works of art and discussion. Register to attend the session, which is open to all University faculty and staff members. Space is limited and participants must register in advance to attend. Hosted by the Human Resources Office of Workplace Equity and Inclusion, participants will dive into the leadership mindset and learn how these panelists navigate challenges, identify trends, and chart new paths forward for themselves and others.
