In honor of National Patient Access Week, the University community is invited to recognize and acknowledge the On-site Patient Access Department team for their continued accomplishments during particularly challenging times. This fiscal year to date, the team has collectively checked in more than 1.6 million visits and handled more than 783,630 phone calls. Additionally, the team created more than 36,465 price estimates and collected more than $36.3 million in upfront collections.
In appreciation of their many successes and unwavering commitment to the University of Miami Health System’s mission, the On-site Patient Access Management team will be sponsoring several celebratory activities throughout the week.
