Participants will learn the best practices to stay safe at home and at work, and they will discuss how to stay safe before, during, and after a storm. Parents are encouraged to join the University of Miami's Families First Program. The organization offers free parenting classes weekly and resources that aim to promote optimal child development and reduce parental stress. Registration is required. Learn more.

Earn Well ’Canes points, complete annual preventive exams. 
Deadline is October 31.
The Well ’Canes Incentive Program encourages faculty and staff members to schedule and complete their annual preventive care exams. Eligible appointments and exams must be completed before October 31. Learn more.
