Object-based learning (OBL) is a student-centered learning approach that uses objects to create a more profound learning experience. Workshop participants will learn the benefits of OBL and how to introduce it in the classroom. Sign up now.

Take a break from work with dance and movement. 
Tuesday, Sept. 20, at noon.
Dance therapy is used for stress reduction, disease prevention, and mood management. Board certified dance-movement therapist Carol Kaminsky will guide participants through mindful movement and meditation for stress reduction.
