Attend the next Faculty Senate Meeting.
Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 3:30 p.m.
All University faculty members are invited to attend this virtual meeting. Participants are encouraged to learn more about the Faculty Senate and its representatives. Contact the Faculty Senate Office at facsen@miami.edu to register. 

Submit nominations for the 2022-23 Faculty Senate Awards.
Deadline: Wednesday, Oct. 19.
Faculty members can nominate their colleagues in one of three award categories: teaching, scholarship, and service. Learn more about the Faculty Senate Awards and the nomination process. Email the Faculty Senate office at facsen@miami.edu for more information or to submit your electronic nomination.

Schedule your flu vaccination.
Deadline: Monday, Nov. 7.
Students, faculty, and staff on all campuses are required to receive the seasonal flu vaccine. ’Canes who vaccinate through alternative off-campus locations or opt to request an exemption must report activity on Workday. Get more details.

Support the United Way. 
’Canes can choose to help the United Way by giving a monetary donation, volunteering as a campaign ambassador, or by joining a community-minded group network. Register for Dolphins Challenge Cancer XIII. 
Dolphins Challenge Cancer is a family-friendly team fundraising event that provides critical philanthropic support to the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Participants can opt for a run, walk, cycle, or even virtual challenge. ’Canes who register before Friday, Sept. 30, receive a $50 contribution toward their fundraising goal.
