Safely stretch, strengthen, and relax your body with modified yoga poses while at your desk. Miami-based instructor Sari Velar will guide participants through elements of movement, controlled breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. Workday is getting a new look.
Starting Saturday, Sept. 10.
Workday is being updated to include interface enhancements, search functionality, and improved navigation. University employees are asked to preview the changes as navigation and tools may change. Preview the new Workday.

Faculty members are invited to be a part of the Faculty Reading Group. This semester’s topic will explore key concepts and practices for creating classroom environments that are inclusive, equitable, and welcoming.
