The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program invites ’Canes to reflect on their experiences, relationships, and key strengths and values. This webinar will explore the benefits of journaling in developing awareness and clarity in one’s life. Participants will learn how to work through difficult emotions and how to build an understanding to express them aloud. Employees enrolled in the Well ’Canes Incentives program may be eligible to earn points by attending this session.
