Enroll in small group training class
Small group training at the Herbert Wellness Center combines the best parts of group fitness classes and personal training. Here’s what you can expect: a 50 minute circuit style routine in a private fitness lab twice a week, for five weeks. Sessions include a mix of weight training, functional training, cardio, and stretching.
