Upcoming tuition remission seminars

As part of your ’Canes Total Rewards package, UM employees and eligible dependents can receive tuition remission at the University for undergraduate and many graduate degree programs. Learn more at an upcoming information session hosted by the HR-Total Rewards team this week on all three campuses. Women's Commission book club

Enroll in small group training class

Small group training at the Herbert Wellness Center combines the best parts of group fitness classes and personal training. Here’s what you can expect: a 50 minute circuit style routine in a private fitness lab twice a week, for five weeks. Sessions include a mix of weight training, functional training, cardio, and stretching. Sign up to work with a certified trainer who will demonstrate the routine, monitor your form, and motivate you to work hard.
