Traffic changes on the Coral Gables campus
Starting today
As part of the student housing project construction, the existing fence line on Pavia Street will be extended to Stanford Drive starting June 10. The pavia garage entry will remain open this summer, but all traffic will use Levante Avenue to access Pavia Street. Merrick Street will be reopened by the start of the fall semester. FY20 Merit award process
Friday, June 21 and Friday, June 28 
The annual performance evaluation process, TALK for Success, closed on May 1. FY20 merit awards and compensation changes will be visible in Workday beginning Friday, June 21 for biweekly staff, and Friday, June 28 for monthly staff. With budget approval, supervisors will distribute merit awards to employees who are eligible for a merit award. If you have questions about the evaluation and merit process, please reach out to your supervisor. For additional assistance, please reach out to your HR partner.

Deadline to file 2018 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims
Saturday, June 15
Submit your 2018 FSA claims by logging into your WageWorks online account, using the WageWorks EZ Receipts mobile app, or completing a Pay Me Back claim form for the health care or dependent care flexible spending account.
