Everybody has a reason to get healthy and now’s the perfect time to register for the next session of WW at Work, formerly Weight Watchers at Work. Start your wellness journey this Friday, Oct. 25 during a kickoff meeting at the Gables One Tower, suite 639, and qualify for a new incentive discount of 15 percent off your registration cost. Expert tips on parenting: Building blocks of great behavior
Tuesday, Oct. 29–Friday, Nov. 1
In this second installment of a three-part seminar series, learn evidence-based parenting strategies from a University of Miami pediatric psychologist. This presentation will cover the six core building blocks of calm and effective child behavior management for children to become confident and successful at school and beyond. UM employees can register to attend a session, which is organized by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program.
