Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your medical, dental, disability, and flexible spending account benefits. Changes are effective January 1, 2021. This year, Open Enrollment runs from Monday, Oct. 12, through Friday, Oct. 30.
Here’s what you need to know:
- There are no plan changes or increases to the medical, dental, and vision premiums, copays, or deductibles for 2021.
- Cigna will be offering a onetime opportunity to enroll in Voluntary Life Insurance during open enrollment with no medical questions or health exams required.
- No action is required to keep your current benefits, except for the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). If you wish to participate in the Health Care and/or Dependent Care FSA, you must enroll each year.
- WageWorks, the FSA and the HRA medical plan fund third-party administrator, is now HealthEquity.
- Visit and make elections before Friday, Oct. 30, 2020.
