With the campaign officially underway, take a moment to make your gift via Workday. You may direct your gift to the United Way’s mission of education, financial resiliency, or health. You also can give to a local nonprofit organization, including the University of Miami. ’Canes are invited to a rare director’s cut screening of Until the End of the World (1991), a sci-fi action/drama that is nearly five hours long and optimized for binge-watching. Registration to the event is required. Reserve your seat

Run to support migraine research.
Saturday, Dec. 10, at 8:30 a.m.
The University of Miami’s Headache Division invites ’Canes to participate in the second annual Miles for Migraine race. This family- and pet-friendly event will take place at Tropical Park in Miami. Participants can choose to complete a 2 mile walk, a 5K run, or a virtual race. Family and friends who want to participate without walking or running can opt for the relaxation activity. Explore the fundamentals of mindfulness.
Wednesdays at 4 p.m.
Offered virtually every Wednesday, participants explore the impact of mindfulness on individuals and in the community. The 45-minute session also offers guided meditations. Beginners are welcome. Sign up now.

Join an employee resource group. 
Employee Resource Groups are collaborative groups of ’Canes working together to reach common goals. Faculty and staff members can meet co-workers, increase cultural competency, and make a positive impact on and off campus. Learn more.
