Complete the wellness assessment and earn points.
It’s not too late to get a pulse on your well-being or to begin earning points. If you’re new to the Well ’Canes Incentive Program, or you’re unsure of how to get started, read more about setting up an account and how to earn your first 250 points.
Track your activities.
From steps to nutrition, earn points by keeping track of your health goals and progress in multiple areas. Earn a maximum of 500 Well ’Canes points under the Tracking Activities Section in your account portal.
Perform a random act of kindness.
Earn up to 50 Well ’Canes points by sharing kindness with friends, family, and colleagues. Looking for inspiration? Send a Thank U card to let fellow ’Cane know they are doing a job well done.
Attend an upcoming Wellness Webinar.
Explore a variety of wellness-focused webinars offered through the University’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program. Eligible employees can earn Well ’Canes points by attending one-hour or 30-minute online sessions. Review the November webinars.
