Schedule your annual preventive appointments.
Did you know that you can earn points simply by getting your preventive exams? Visit a UHealth or Aetna provider to receive your annual physical or well woman exam to earn 200 points. Eligible members also can earn 200 points for a colonoscopy or mammogram.
Set a daily step goal you can maintain.
The 2023 Walking ’Canes challenge encourages eligible faculty and staff members to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle with a daily step challenge. Participants who successfully complete the 12 week program—which runs from Feb. 27 through May 21—can earn up to 500 Well ’Canes points.
Take control of your mental health.
The Well ’Canes Incentive program offers a collection of educational modules that will help keep you healthy and prevent burnout. Participants can also earn points by attending wellness webinars offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program.
