ICYMI: On a Black Sea dive, this archeologist makes quite a find
University of Miami graduate student Efrain Ocasio joined an international student dive expedition in Bulgaria this summer that uncovered the foundation of a centuries-old fortress wall buried by the shifting seas. Ocasio is in the second year of a master’s program with the University of Miami College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Anthropology, where he focuses on shipwrecks in the Caribbean. The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Miami provides a relaxed learning environment for adults aged 50 or better. Family Art Workshop: ‘Art of Africa’

Faculty and staff members can learn to develop their capacity to support the mental health needs of co-workers during times of uncertainty. Gain an understanding of the needs that become most important during challenging times, review tips for meeting those needs, and identify resources already in place to support University faculty and staff members.
