‘Navigating the Influencer World’
Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 4 p.m.
The “Navigating the Influencer World” panel brings together School of Communication students and alumni who have turned their passions into successful influencer careers. Representing niches like fashion, food, and travel, the panelists will give a behind-the-scenes look into the world of influencing. Participants will hear firsthand accounts of how these influencers built their brands and the challenges they’ve faced. This panel will offer valuable insights and inspiration, whether you’re an aspiring influencer or simply interested in the industry. All Canes are invited to this event at the School of Nursing S.H.A.R.E Auditorium, which is part of Career Week, a series of programming offered by the School of Communication.

The AI Teaching Exchange is an informal forum where faculty across disciplines connect and explore AI’s role in teaching and learning. Sessions highlight University-supported AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini. The exchange provides an opportunity for a small group of faculty members to gather, discuss, and reflect on what ethical AI use can really look like in our classrooms by brainstorming possibilities and forging channels of support. Complete the interest form to sign up for upcoming sessions and share your personal experiences teaching with AI. Individuals who are new to AI are encouraged to register for the Teaching with AI Course, available for free to University faculty and staff.
