The Department of Art and Art History proudly presents CENTENNIAL: University of Miami Print Exchange 2025, a dynamic exhibition celebrating the creative contributions of alumni and faculty from the last 32 years. Curated by Professor Emeritus Lise Drost, the show, on view now through Jan. 16, 2026, highlights a diverse range of printmaking practices that honor the University’s artistic legacy. Centennial Legacy: An Exhibition of Faculty and Alumni Publications
Thursday, Nov. 6, 6-8 p.m.
Since its founding in 1927, the School of Architecture has contributed to the discipline of architecture by having its faculty engage in both professional practice and scholarly research. The Exhibition of Faculty and Alumni Publications presents, for the first time, a visual display of published book covers arranged chronologically alongside major developments and events at the school over its first centenary. Featuring nearly 250 volumes, the exhibition spans topics that include architecture, urban design, history and theory, landscape and the environment, and art and design, with many works focusing on South Florida. Selected volumes are highlighted in greater detail, and numerous physical copies are available for perusing, offering a dynamic interactive presentation of the often solitary practice of researching and writing. Attend the opening reception at Korach Gallery

Stay healthy, Canes—get your flu shot before the holidays
Now.
Don’t let the flu sideline your travel plans or holiday fun. Students can swing by Student Health for a free annual flu shot—no appointment required—available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at one of the many flu shot pop-up events happening across campus. Faculty and staff members can learn more about flu shot locations here.
