The Joyful Imperfect Holiday
Tuesday, Dec 16, noon and 4 p.m.
Are you tired of chasing the “perfect” holiday? ‘The Joyful Imperfect Holiday’ offers two virtual sessions for faculty and staff members who have felt the pressure of having an immaculate home, serving a flawless meal, or giving the most impressive gifts. Breaking free from holiday perfectionism is a gift you give yourself—a chance to move past the stress of unattainable standards to find genuine joy in the season. Learn how to focus on what truly matters: meaningful connection, shared experiences, and self-compassion.
