Relax and renew
Tuesday, April 9—Friday, April 12
If you experience stress throughout the year, practicing relaxation techniques can be especially important for your health as it can have significant physical health benefits. Take a break from your busy workweek to join an upcoming seminar and learn more. UM employees can register to attend the session, which is facilitated by a Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) consultant. Employees enrolled in UM’s Well ’Canes program can earn Pure Wellness points by attending this session. Learn more about FSAP by reading the latest newsletter.
