As the leader of several telecommunications giants, Pat Russo has successfully managed, on multiple occasions over a decades-long career, to guide the business operations of foundering firms along the roughest of roads and back to profitability and growth.
Russo, the current chair of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, will recount some of her business travails while sharing lessons learned in “Leading in a Crisis,” the inaugural virtual event of the Distinguished Leaders Lecture Series offered by the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School.
Over the course of her career, Russo’s tenacity and business acumen have earned her recognition—one of Fortune’s “Most Powerful Women” and one of Time’s “100 Most Influential People”—and her achievements have spurred a wave of respect, status, and opportunities for female leaders.
Russo’s lecture will be hosted on Zoom on Wednesday, April 15, at 6 p.m. To register, visit https://www.bus.miami.edu/events/2020/04/russ.html or contact bripoll@miami.edu.
